     1. We develop materials to meet customer specifications, including: EPDM, NR, CR, NBR, HNBR, ACM, AEM, FKM (Viton) silicone and fluoro-silicone, etc.
     2. Our rubber materials and parts was complianced with SOC, RoHS, REACH and conflict minerals.
     3. We do research & development accompany with designing and prototyping to create our materials and parts in order to run production process with high-efficiency & effectiveness

DESIGNING & PROTOTYPING

Our advanced development capabilities include in-house design, rapid prototyping, testing resources through technical and engineering center that we can be able to co-development with our value customer in order to

   1.Designing new product to meet our customer ‘s requirement or design change for increasing productivity, reducing defect & other concerning targets.
     2.Protoyping for small demand and reduce cost for mold making in shorter leadtime, A small piece of steel is used and a single cavity is cut for the part. The small mold is then run in a smaller version of the production machine and parts are made with same material that will be used in production
     3.Production tooling with lower cost compare to bigger size and complicated one and shorter leadtime to be commercial launch.
     4.Production with lowest cost of faliure
